We ensure a high standard of service is consistently provided. Our children are supervised by a carefully selected, dedicated and talented team of qualified childcare professionals who have all had Enhanced CRB disclosures. All of our staff demonstrate a real desire to work with and care for young children. 

Each child is allocated a “key-worker” who takes special interest in their welfare.
The “key- worker” develops a close relationship with your child in order to help them settle into nursery. Through observations, record keeping and assessments they can monitor each child’s progress and keep you accurately informed.

We encourage and develop our staff through on going training, this includes advanced childcare qualifications, curriculum planning, first aid, food hygiene, child protection and special educational needs.

We also work closely with a select number of childcare and training organizations & offer supervised placements for students who are working towards a recognized childcare qualification.
